Get a proper practice website, designed and written for you from a few sentences about your practice. Clients book from a page with your name and logo.
Clients book online at any hour, from your website or a link you share. For appointments booked at least a day ahead, reminders go out on their own, so clients are less likely to forget.
Take a deposit when someone books. If an invoice goes unpaid, Numa Health can send polite reminders for you, each with a link to pay by card once you’ve connected Stripe.
Card payments use your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges a fee for each payment. Fees, automatic invoices and payment reminders stay off until you switch them on.
See invoices and paymentsStart from a template made for your profession, or type a few bullet points after the session. Numa Health turns them into a tidy SOAP, DAP or BIRP note, or a letter, ready for you to check, edit and sign. The draft is written automatically by software. It can make mistakes and it does not diagnose, so nothing is saved to your client’s record until you sign it off.

Uploaded files are stored in the EU, and some providers may handle data outside the UK. Our security page explains where information is kept.
Each practice’s records are walled off from every other practice.
Important changes are logged, and the log can’t be edited from the app.
We never see or store your clients’ card numbers.
A draft never becomes part of a client’s record without your sign-off.
